Terms & Conditions

  • WWSDance and team each hold enhanced DBS's, insurance & are fully first aid trained. Whilst dance holds an element of risk, WWSDance staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • WWSDance reserves the right to remove students from our programme, without refund, if any child behaves disrespectfully towards any other student or WWSDance team member.
  • Please ensure you declare all medical conditions during registration and update us should this change by emailing us at info@wendywhatlingdance.co.uk
  • Please ensure you declare your photo/film preferences, and update us should this change.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • There are no refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances - illness, holidays, school trips etc.
  • If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, WWSDance will offer a make-up session, or session will be refunded.
  • Please ensure your child is wearing the correct uniform to class once settled.
  • Please ensure your child arrives 5 minutes before class so they are ready to start class on time.

PAYMENT POLICY

After your trial, WWSDance will be in touch to see if you would like to sign up!

There is a one-off enrolment fee per dancer of £20.

Fees are taken monthly by direct debit.

Once your direct debit it set up for the forthcoming payment on the 1st of the month, a one-off covering payment is calculated to take one month in advance plus any classes during the month you have joined (less trial fee paid).

  • Payments will be taken on the first of the month and you will always be 1 month ahead, this is your notice period.
  • We run approx. 36 weeks of classes per year so 36 weeks of classes, divided by 12 is your new monthly charge.
  • We may not always be able to provide 36 weeks worth of classes per year due to the school term dates, sometimes it maybe more, very occasionally less.
  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
  • Class fees are inclusive of vat.

30 minutes £36.00

45 minutes £39.60

60 minutes £43.20

75 minutes £46.80

Unlimited classes £200.00 - This plan also includes a place at our Annual Summer School (exam coaching, exam fees, show production fees are not included/no cash refund/alternative available)

We reserve the right to increase fees as necessary by giving a minimum of 1 months notice.

Tasters After your taster, if you wish to sign up, the enrolment fee, remainder for that month plus an advance monthly instalment are due. This secures your child’s place.

If a payment fails, it will be automatically tried for again after first attempt and you will be notified when. After that, WWSDance will be in touch to help you resolve this.

Please email notice ONE MONTH in advance of withdrawal from classes.

Remember, you are always one month ahead with your fees, so if you hand your notice in, for example the 5th October, your fees are paid up until the end of November.
